Menu for joint health

A dairy-vegetable diet, including light fish dishes, will help maintain healthy joints. You can kill two birds with one stone: eat delicious food and avoid arthritis and arthrosis. Help with this: broccoli, garlic, bananas, lemons and our recipes.

Baked silver carp

You will need: silver carp carcass, lemon, large onion, carrots, head of garlic, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, pepper, parsley to taste.

Dry the cleaned, gutted fish with a paper towel and rub with salt and pepper. Mix grated carrots, chopped onions and chopped herbs. Add oil, salt and pepper. Stuff the fish with minced vegetables. The top of the carcass is greased with garlic passed through a press. The silver carp is placed in a greased baking dish and placed in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour. Then the carcass is taken out, several transverse cuts are made on it, and a slice of lemon is inserted into each of them. After which the fish is returned to the oven and baked until golden brown. Before serving, the dish is decorated with lettuce leaves and herbs.
Olives: appetizer and side dish

Broccoli flan

You will need: 500 grams of broccoli, 100 grams of cream, 2 eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg to taste, butter for greasing the pan.

Separate the cabbage into florets and blanch. Set aside small beautiful sprigs to decorate the dish; feel free to puree the rest of the broccoli. Add eggs, cream, nutmeg, pepper and salt to the cabbage puree. The mixture is poured into small greased molds, filling them almost completely.

Flans are baked in a water bath at a temperature of 160-180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. The finished dish is decorated with sprigs of blanched broccoli or herbs.

Kefir smoothie

You will need: a glass of kefir, a banana, a few strawberries, a teaspoon of honey, 2 g of cinnamon.

Beat kefir, banana, strawberries and honey in a blender. Pour into cups and garnish with grated cinnamon.
