Russian diet

Russian nutritionists advise limiting the consumption of carbohydrates, especially sugar, since it quickly dissolves and turns into fat in the body. Fats of animal origin are also not recommended for consumption, and preference is given to vegetable fats, which have a positive effect on the processes associated with the consumption of fat by the body. The Russian diet includes breakfast, second breakfast, lunch and dinner. The presence of salt and liquid in food is limited.
