When a person fasts, his body experiences stress, which can lead to various health problems. In addition, if the body does not receive enough food for some time, it begins to store the calories it receives, which can lead to weight gain.

Many people, trying to lose weight, begin to fast, but this can lead to the opposite effect. When the body doesn't get enough nutrients, it begins to use stored fat cells, which can lead to weight loss. However, if fasting continues for too long, the body begins to store the calories it receives, causing weight loss to slow or stop.

Additionally, fasting can lead to various health problems such as dizziness, weakness, fatigue, irritability and even depression.

Therefore, if you want to lose weight or just take care of your health, you should not starve. Instead, you should take care of proper and regular nutrition, including plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs, protein foods and healthy fats. You should also watch your calorie intake and exercise to stay healthy and fit.
