As they say, ballerinas do not age. The great Maya Plisetskaya looks amazing at 86 years old and shares with us the secrets of her beauty, youth and longevity:

“I have heard more than once that at twenty years old a woman looks good all day long, after thirty - three to four hours a day, and after fifty - a few minutes. But I believe that this rule does not apply to me. One of the components of my beauty is proper nutrition. You can create a diet menu yourself, but the main products should be oats, barley, lentils and broccoli. Although I always say in all interviews that the most effective diet lies in one single rule: “You need to eat less!”
