So what is this secret that allows them to keep themselves in such amazing shape? Below are a few simple rules, following which you will be able to make your figure look like the famous French silhouette.

For a month, write down everything you eat, including snacks on the go. Then exclude from this list everything that you are indifferent to, and leave only those dishes that you love the most. By identifying your bad eating habits, you can break them faster.
