The name "vitamin diet" speaks for itself. It will strengthen your immune system and help you lose a few extra pounds.
Supply system:
The vitamin diet lasts 7 days. Drinks allowed include rosehip infusion, freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, green tea, fruit drinks and water.
VITAMIN DIET MENU
Monday
- Breakfast - wheat porridge with pumpkin + green tea
- Lunch - vegetable soup and turkey stewed with vegetables
- Snack - baked apple with honey
- Dinner - buckwheat with cottage cheese + 1 tsp. honey
Tuesday
- Breakfast - carrot-apple salad with raisins + green tea
- Lunch - mushroom and bean soup, vegetable stew
- Snack - 70 gr. prunes and dried apricots
- Dinner - vegetable cabbage rolls in tomato + fruit drink
Wednesday
- Breakfast - 2 eggs, vegetable salad + half a cup of coffee without sugar
- Lunch - soup - cauliflower puree and white fish fillet (baked)
- Snack - half a mango
- Dinner - vegetable risotto in vegetable broth + rosehip decoction after 30 minutes
Thursday
- Breakfast - muesli with low-fat yogurt + juice
- Lunch - salad (boiled chicken breast + orange + eggplant)
- Snack - banana
- Dinner - beetroot carpaccio (can be seasoned with olive oil)
Friday
- Breakfast - salad (apple + pumpkin + honey + lemon juice)
- Lunch - vegetable borscht with herbs and garlic
- Snack - a couple of tangerines
- Dinner - 120 gr. yogurt. 120 gr. cottage cheese (you can add honey)
Resurrection
- Breakfast - 2 toasts with diet jam + green tea
- Lunch - chicken cabbage soup with tomatoes, vegetable salad
- Snack - some pineapple
- Dinner - shrimp pasta in tomato sauce + fruit drink
Protein-vitamin diet
There is also a protein-vitamin diet, thanks to which you can lose 5-7 kg in 10 days. The bottom line is to eat only protein and vitamin foods. Carbohydrates and fats are excluded from the diet. Of the seasonings and sauces, only salt is allowed. Vitamins and proteins are consumed separately from each other. Allowed drinks are water, tea without sugar and herbal infusions. The amount of liquid consumed is not limited. Food must be consumed in 6 meals.
Products with protein components:
Eggs, meat, fish, poultry, cottage cheese, feta cheese, low-fat cheeses, boiled sausage.
Products with vitamin components:
Fruits and vegetables. You will have to limit yourself to potatoes, grapes, bananas, persimmons and apricots.
