The “Brown Rice” diet is a gentle mono-diet based on the consumption of brown rice and vegetable broths. It helps cleanse the body of waste and toxins, normalize intestinal function and improve metabolism.
In the morning, it is recommended to drink a glass of mineral water or herbal tea - this stimulates the functioning of the kidneys and intestines.
During the day you need to eat:
- 180 g boiled brown rice
- 100 g fruit or dried fruit
- 300-400 g vegetables
- 1 tbsp. unrefined olive oil
- some natural salad vinegar
To prepare vegetable broth, boil 300 g of various vegetables in 1 liter of water for about 30 minutes. At the end, add greens.
Only olive oil is used as a dressing.
