Fish diet

The fish diet is a diet designed for 10 days, during which you can lose 3-5 kg. It involves eating mainly fish and seafood. Here is a sample menu for the day with a fish diet:

In the morning you need to drink a large glass of water on an empty stomach. For breakfast - 2 cups of tea (preferably green), 1-2 eggs, yogurt or cottage cheese, vitamin C.

Second breakfast (at 11 o’clock): a glass of water, first half a serving of fish is eaten, then eaten along with boiled vegetables. Everything is washed down with juice or a snack of raw vegetables, and at the end - fruit.

For lunch (do not drink 2 hours after eating) - 250 g of fish or seafood, green salad, raw or boiled vegetables without oil, 1-2 yogurt or cottage cheese.

Dinner is the same as lunch, but with alternating hot and cold fish and seafood dishes.

Before going to bed, drink herbal tea: 20 g of elderberry root, 20 g of horsetail, cornflower flowers, strawberry, mantle and birch leaves.

During the diet, drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day, limit salt and use spices - garlic, onions, pepper. A fish diet allows you to quickly lose weight and cleanse your body.
