Honey diet: gentle and sweet. Diet.

For many people who want to lose weight, the main problem is limiting the consumption of sweets. But if you are a honey lover, then there is a solution for you in the form of a honey diet. This diet allows you to consume honey in moderation without reducing the effectiveness of weight loss.

The honey diet is gentle and allows you to get the necessary nutrients without excluding one of your favorite sweets from your diet. Unlike many other diets, the honey diet does not require the presence of meat in the diet, but allows you to consume low-fat dairy products, vegetables and fruits.

During a two-week period, honey consumption is limited to 150 g per day. In addition, the diet should contain vegetables and fruits, which should also be consumed in moderation - 200 g at a time. It is best to consume vegetables and fruits no later than 4 hours before bedtime.

The honey diet should also include protein foods such as eggs, cottage cheese and cheese, but only once a day. If you are allergic to honey, then this diet is not suitable for you.

Below is an approximate diet for two weeks:

Breakfast (to choose from):

  1. 150 g low-fat cottage cheese with 1 tsp. honey and tea with lemon;
  2. eggnog from 1 egg yolk and 1 tsp. honey, tea without sugar;
  3. honey eggnog and 1 apple.

Lunch:

  1. a glass of low-fat yogurt and juice.

Lunch (optional):

  1. 200 g boiled cauliflower or broccoli, 200 g apples, tea with honey;
  2. 200 g broccoli, 50 g cheese, tea with honey;
  3. honey eggnog, 125 g low-fat cottage cheese, tea with lemon.

Afternoon snack:

  1. orange.

Dinner (to choose from):

  1. 1 glass of kefir and a spoon of honey;
  2. a cup of vegetable broth, apple, honey;
  3. vegetable salad with lemon juice, honey.

The honey diet is an interesting and effective way to lose weight for sweet tooths. However, we should not forget that any diet should be balanced and not lead to starvation. Therefore, before you start following the honey diet, you should consult your doctor or nutritionist.
