How to lose weight on an oat diet

Oatmeal is a very healthy product. So, it contains a lot of vitamins (vitamin A and B vitamins) and microelements (iron, phosphorus, magnesium). Its use helps cleanse the body and remove waste and toxins.

The oatmeal diet is a mono-diet in which you will eat only oatmeal for 6-10 days. The optimal number of meals is 5-6. In the first half of the day, you can add fruits, dried fruits and honey to the porridge. Once a week, add a teaspoon of olive oil to the porridge.

Make sure that the portions are approximately the same - this is very important for successful weight loss. You need to drink 250 ml of low-fat kefir per day. Drink 2 liters of water per day. Only green tea is allowed as a drink.

A week before the diet, begin to slowly give up sweets, fatty foods, and meats. For your diet, use high-quality cereals. Alternate porridge with water and milk. Do not add sugar or salt. After the diet, also introduce foods gradually.

To ensure that the oatmeal releases all its beneficial substances, pre-soak it for several hours or cook for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. When the porridge is ready, let it brew for another 10 minutes.
