Orange diet

The orange diet is a fasting diet based on eating large amounts of oranges. This diet allows you to quickly lose weight due to the low-calorie content of oranges and their ability to remove fluid from the body.

There are several options for the orange diet.

  1. The classic version is designed for 3 weeks. You can lose 10 kg on this diet. Every morning you need to eat 1 orange, 1 cracker, tea or coffee without sugar. During the day - oranges, vegetables, fruits, yoghurts, kefir. Steam or boil meat and fish. On weekends you can eat anything.

  2. Extreme option - 1 week only oranges and water, 2 week - oranges and porridge, 3 week - oranges, fruits and vegetables. With this option you can lose up to 8 kg in a week.

  3. A simplified version - 1 kg of oranges, 2 eggs, vegetables and herbs per day. This diet allows you to lose 2-3 kg in a week.

The orange diet is effective for rapid weight loss and removal of excess fluid. But due to the lack of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, it cannot be used for longer than 2-3 weeks. After the diet, you should gradually return to a balanced diet.
