Strawberry diet

It’s probably impossible to imagine summer without strawberries. This tasty and aromatic berry is very rich in vitamin C, pectin, and minerals (including iron, magnesium and potassium). A diet high in strawberries speeds up metabolism, which means it helps burn fat faster. Thanks to pectin, food is digested faster, waste, toxins and excess fluid are removed from the body. Strawberries are very low in calories (27 calories per 100 grams), some protein (1g per 100g) and carbohydrates (up to 6g per 100g). The strawberry diet, based on strawberries, will allow you to lose up to 2 - 2.5 kg within 4 days.

Sample strawberry diet menu:

First day:

Breakfast: Fruit salad with 250 g strawberries, half an apple, half a banana, 50 g yogurt without fat and sugar, a teaspoon of honey.

Second breakfast: Strawberry smoothie - 100 g strawberries, 100 ml skim milk with 1 teaspoon honey.

Lunch: Large plate of tomato and cucumber salad with olive oil, 150 g strawberries.

Afternoon snack: 100 g yoghurt and 100 g strawberries.

Dinner: 200 g of stewed vegetables, 100 g of strawberries, a glass of orange juice.

Second day:

Breakfast: A slice of black bread with a thin slice of cheese, strawberries.

Second breakfast: Strawberry smoothie.

Lunch: 300 g fried fish, boiled potatoes, 100 g strawberries.

Afternoon snack: 100 g yoghurt and 100 g strawberries.

Dinner: Vegetable salad, 100 g strawberries, a glass of grapefruit juice.

The third day:

Breakfast: 2 tbsp. l. oatmeal muesli, 50 ml milk, 100 g strawberries, a teaspoon of honey.

Second breakfast: 100 g strawberries.

Lunch: 200 g of chicken, baked with tomatoes and 100 g of strawberries.

Afternoon snack: 100 g strawberries, a glass of orange juice.

Dinner: Fruit salad with 250 g strawberries, half an apple, half a banana, 50 g yogurt, a teaspoon of honey.

Fourth day:

Breakfast: A slice of black bread with cheese, strawberries.

Second breakfast: Strawberry smoothie.

Lunch: 200 g of stewed vegetables, 100 g of strawberries, a glass of orange juice.

Afternoon snack: 100 g strawberries.

Dinner: Lettuce leaves, 100 g strawberries, a glass of apple juice.
