Buckwheat mono-diet

Kefir mono-diet

Rice mono diet
Diet only on rice and apple juice. Rice cleanses the body, but it is low in protein.

  7. Bananas - constipation.
  8. Raw vegetables - depletion of the liver and pancreas.
  9. Dry eating is a risk of thrombosis.
