Principles of the wine diet

During the wine diet, carbohydrates (especially sugar) and salt are excluded from the diet. Allowed drinks are wine, water and teas. Mineral water, juices and coffee are prohibited.

During the 5 days of the diet, the menu remains unchanged. Instead of cottage cheese, you can eat low-fat cheeses (200 g), but then the diet will drag on for 2-3 days. The wine should be dry red or rosé.

  4. Dinner (3 hours after lunch) - wine (200 ml)
