Doctors named foods that reduce appetite

A group of French scientists found out which foods help reduce hunger. In their opinion, their list of drinks and food will be an excellent alternative to any diet, because you won’t have to give up your favorite foods, instead, during the “zhora” you will only need to eat or drink what they recommend.

Fish protein

Researchers have found that fish protein reduces appetite. Mackerel, tuna and salmon are especially useful in this regard.

Berries

Fiber-rich berries, such as strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries, also help you feel full.

Nuts

Nuts, including almonds, pistachios, and walnuts, are high in protein and healthy fats and suppress appetite.

Thus, eating fish, berries and nuts is a great way to control your appetite without resorting to diets.
